Advocate Navnish Negi, representing Deepak, argued before the court that his client has been facing significant threats and that a crowd had recently gathered outside his residence and gym, creating a serious apprehension for his safety. However, the High Court countered these assertions, observing that no untoward incidents or harm had come to Mr. Deepak since January 26, thereby questioning the immediate grounds for the requested protection.
